Surprise, AZ : 32-year-old Phoenix men killed in wrong-way collision State Route 303 near Bell Road on Sunday January 10 2016.

Authorities have identified a wrong-way driver and a second motorist killed in a head-on freeway collision in Surprise over the weekend.
The wreck happened just after 1 a.m. Sunday in southbound lanes of State Route 303 near Bell Road.
The state Department of Public Safety said the wrong-way driver of a Jeep Cherokee SUV was 32-year-old Robert Andrew Cadman of Phoenix.
The DPS identified the other driver killed in the accident as another 32-year-old Phoenix man, Christopher John Ruiz Jr. He was driving a Toyota Tundra pickup.
The DPS said no passengers were in either vehicle and that investigators have not ruled out alcohol as a factor.
