Hutchinson, KS : Hutch man in fair condition following wreck on Tuesday, December, 12th 2017

A Hutchinson man was in fair condition Tuesday at a Wichita hospital after being ejected from a Mazda car into a field near Yoder and Parallel roads, a hospital official said.

Justin Greiner, 25, was flown to the Via Christi Hospital-St. Francis on Saturday. The car he was driving north on Yoder Road missed the curve and started to roll into a field.

He was not wearing a seat belt. The Reno County Sheriff’s Office responded at around 9:30 p.m. Capt. Darren Campbell said there is a “suspicion of alcohol” and that blood work is still pending.

Passenger Amanda Spencer, 29, of Caldwell, was discharged from the hospital on Sunday. She was wearing a seat belt and found in the car.
