Bronx, NY : 90-year-old woman killed in Bronx on Wednesday, 2nd August 2023

A 90-year-old woman was killed when a fire broke out Wednesday night in the Bronx.

Firefighters responded around 10 p.m. to a building on Perry Avenue in the Norwood section.

FDNY officials said the victim lived on the second floor. No other injuries were reported.

There's no word on what caused the fire.
