HONOLULU, HI : Driver arrested, 5 injured after apparent road rage crash on Friday, December 9th, 2016

Authorities are investigating an attempted murder after a truck collided with a vehicle with four family members inside.

KHON-TV reports that the driver of the truck has been arrested.

Police described the Friday night crash near Mililani Middle School as a case of road rage.

Authorities say the family’s vehicle was rear-ended three times by the truck.

Two adults and two children were hospitalized and listed in stable condition Saturday.

The driver of the truck was treated for injuries before being taken into custody.
