SAVANNAH, GA : Savannah Police arrest man in hit-and-run crash that killed retired police lieutenant on Tuesday, 4th June 2019

Savannah Police arrested Reginald Miller, 43, in relation to a fatal crash that occurred Miller has been charged with hit-and-run resulting in serious injury or death, failure to report accident, failure to maintain lane and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

At around 2:10 a.m, Darel Dodge, 60, was walking in the emergency lane area of southbound Interstate 95, near mile marker 105. At the same time, a light blue 2006 Honda Odyssey van was traveling south on Interstate 95. The van left the southbound travel lanes and struck Dodge, who succumbed to his injuries.
