Baltimore-Washington Pkwy, MD: 1 dead, 1 seriously injured in crash on the northbound lanes of MD-295 between Riverdale Road and Interstate-95 South on Monday, 24th June 2019

One person is dead and another is seriously injured after a crash on Baltimore-Washington Parkway.

Prince George's County fire officials responded to the crash on the northbound lanes of MD-295 between Riverdale Road and Interstate-95 South Monday night.

One person was extricated and pronounced dead at the scene while another was flown to a trauma center.BW Parkway is closed between Riverdale Road and I-495 due to the investigation.
