LOUISVILLE, KY : 35-year-old killed in crash on Lyndon Lane identified on Monday, 29th January 2024

The Jefferson County Coroner has released the name of the man killed in the crash that happened at the intersection of Westport Road and Lyndon Lane.

The crash happened on Monday around 12:25 p.m. Chief Robert Schroeder of the Lyndon Police Department said the crash left one person dead and another person was taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries.

According to the coroner, the person who died was identified as 35-year-old Donald Lee Wright. The condition of the injured person was not given.

Schroeder said Lyndon police are handling the investigation, but the LMPD Traffic Unit is assisting them.
