UPPER SANDUSKY, OH : Three injured in crash near Upper Sandusky on Thursday, January, 4th 2018
Three people were hurt in a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of county highways 108 and 330, west of Upper Sandusky, Thursday afternoon, the Wyandot County Sheriff’s Office reported.
According to the sheriff’s office, Charles Rayburn, 29, of Ridgeway, was driving a 2002 Honda Civic south on County Highway 108 at 12:53 p.m. when he failed to stop at the stop sign at County Highway 330, striking an eastbound 2001 Chevy Tahoe, driven by Ronette Cheney, 55, of Upper Sandusky.
Rayburn, Cheney, and a passenger in the Rayburn car, Anthony Murphy, 28, of Kenton, were all taken by Upper Sandusky EMS to Wyandot Memorial Hospital with incapacitating injuries, according to the sheriff’s office.
Both vehicles sustained disabling damage and were towed by Fox’s Towing.
The accident remains under investigation.
