GAITHERSBURG, MD : 2 drivers killed in 4-car crash in Gaithersburg on Monday, November 21st, 2016

Montgomery County Police say two drivers were killed in a four-car crash in Gaithersburg.

The department said in a news release that the crash occurred Monday night on Airpark Road. Police say 27-year-old Stephen Diaz of Gaithersburg was driving east when his car crossed into the westbound lanes.

Officers say Diaz hit a car driven by 67-year-old George Carey of Laytonsville, and two other vehicles.

Police say Diaz and Carey were pronounced dead at the scene. The other drivers declined medical treatment.

The crash is under investigation.
