Teen injured in weekend accident in Union County

A 15-year-old was listed in critical condition after an ATV accident Saturday night in Union County.The Union County Sheriff’s Office said Christopher French was injured in a collision around 7:30 p.m. on Hitesville Road, north of the Kentucky 669 intersection with Hitesville Road.
Officials said French was not wearing a helmet.French was flown to St. Mary’s Medical Center in Evansville.Authorities said the cause of the accident has not been determined. The accident is under investigation.
