KENNEWICK, WA : An Olympia driver was injured after she crash on Tuesday, June 13, 2017

An Olympia driver was injured after she crashed into a pickup that slowed for traffic just before 3 p.m. Tuesday on the cable bridge on State Route 397, the Washington State Patrol said.

Heather E. Erhart, 44, was taken to Trios Health after her 2002 Ford Focus crashed into a 2017 Dodge Ram driven by Angela C. Zilar, 50, of Kennewick, the state patrol said.

An update on Erhart’s condition was not available. Zilar was not injured.

The state patrol said the crash was caused by inattention and they expect to cite Erhart for second-degree negligent driving.
