One killed in Boonville single-car crash

A Prairie Home man was killed Sunday afternoon in an accident along Missouri Highway 87 near Boonville.

55-year-old Joe Daniel drove off the roadway and lost control of his Ford F350 van, overcorrecting and crashing into a utility pole on the opposite side of the road.

Daniel was pronounced dead at the scene.
