White County, AR : Robert Ballou, 62, dies in motorcycle crash on U.S. 67 Tuesday morning, April 28, 2015

One man was killed in a crash involving a motorcycle Tuesday morning.

Robert Ballou, 62, of Searcy died as a result of the crash, according to Arkansas State Police.

Police state Ballou was driving a Suzuki motorcycle south on U.S. 67 at mile marker 43 when the crash happened at 10:45 a.m.

Ballou was attempting to change lanes when he clipped the rear of a Dodge van causing the motorcycle to leave the road, the crash report stated. The motorcycle then crashed into a cable barrier in the median.

No other injuries were reported in the crash.
