Joplin, MO : A 2-year-old Neosho girl suffered minor injuries in a two-vehicle crash on Sunday, 1st April 2018
A 2-year-old Neosho girl suffered minor injuries in a Sunday morning two-vehicle crash 3 miles south of Carthage in Jasper County on Interstate 49, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The accident occurred at 11:58 a.m. when a vehicle driven by Kenneth Kaelin, 57, of Fort Smith, Arkansas, slowed because of a traffic accident ahead of him and his vehicle was struck in the rear by Alexis D. Surber, 21, of Neosho. The toddler, Barrett Lavayah, was a passenger in the Surber car. She was taken for treatment to Mercy Hospital Carthage.
