West Chester , PA : 23 - years old Woman was killed after Single vehicle Crash in Butter County On Tuesday Morning , January 13th 2015

Police have identified the person who died in a single-vehicle crash in West Chester Tuesday morning.

Jodi Lewis, 23, of Trenton was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the West Chester Police Department.

The crash happened shortly before 10 a.m. on Hamilton-Mason Road near Van Gordon Road, a Butler County dispatcher said.

The car was going eastbound on Hamilton-Mason Road when it went off the side of the road and hit a culvert, police said.

When authorities arrived, one person was trapped in a vehicle, the dispatcher said.

West Chester police called for the Butler County coroner shortly after arriving at the scene.
