GUSTAVUS, AK : Motorcycle crash on Sunday, August 13, 2017

The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a late Sunday evening accident that sent a motorcyclist to the hospital.

A 911 spokesman reported a motorcyclist was involved in a crash shortly after 10 p.m. on state Route 87.

The motorcyclist was taken to St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital, the report states.

A patrol dispatcher said troopers were still at the scene after 11 p.m., and a tow truck was being sent.
