Seaford, DE : Crash on Sussex Highway in Seaford sends 3 to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries on Tuesday, July 8, 2014

Delaware State Police are investigating a three vehicle crash in Seaford that sent three people to a hospital.

State police say it happened around 2 p.m. Tuesday on Sussex Highway. State police say the driver of a Pontiac Grand Am was driving northbound when she failed to stop in time and struck a van parked at a red light. The Pontiac went under the van, which hit a truck.

State police say the driver of the Pontiac, 50-year-old Anna M. Collick of Laurel, was taken to a hospital along with her two passengers. All three are being treated for non-life-threatening injuries. Police say Collick was cited for inattentive driving, driving on a suspended or revoked license and not having proof of insurance or her registration.

No one else was injured.
