Central, LA : Driver sustains minor injuries after pickup truck crashes at Joor Road and Tynewood Avenue on Sunday, 8th December, 2019

A pickup truck was severely damaged in a single-vehicle crash Sunday evening in Central.

Officials were called to the scene at Joor Road and Tynewood Avenue around 7 p.m. Sunday.

The Central Fire Department says firefighters arrived and found the truck heavily damaged against a culvert.Emergency crews say the driver sustained injuries that were not life threatening.

Officials did not say what caused the accident.
