DALLAS, TX : Driver in stable condition after 18-wheeler crash on I-345 in Dallas on Wednesday, 5th June 2024

Officials are investigating what led to an 18-wheeler crash Wednesday morning.The Dallas County Sheriff's Office says the 18-wheeler hit a concrete barrier and ended up dangling off of I-345 in Downtown Dallas.

DCSO says speed was a factor in the crash.

Traffic is impacted at southbound I-345 and Live Oak Street. Footage from TxDOT cameras show the far right lane closed while officials work to clear the scene.
