CINCINNATI, OH : 1 dead, 2 fire personnel injured in crash with ambulance in the 2800 block of Central Parkway near the intersection of Marshall Avenue on Thursday, 15th October, 2020

A 27-year-old man is dead and two individuals with the Cincinnati Fire Department are injured following an ambulance crash Thursday evening.

The crash happened just before 7 p.m. Thursday in the 2800 block of Central Parkway near the intersection of Marshall Avenue.The crash involved a Cincinnati Fire Department ambulance and a second vehicle.

The driver of the second vehicle, Leron Davis, 27, was taken to University of Cincinnati Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.

According to police, two members of the Cincinnati Fire Department were injured in the crash. Both were inside the ambulance and were taken to University of Cincinnati Medical Center for treatment.

Both have non-life-threatening injuries, officials said.
