Laurens County, SC : Driver died of natural causes, not from wreck, coroner says on Tuesday afternoon September 22 2015

The Laurens County coroner said a man died from natural causes, not from the wreck he was involved in.Nick Nichols said Douglas Lee Hill, 50, died at the scene.
Lance Cpl. David Jones said Hill was involved in a wreck around 10:15 p.m. Tuesday on Bull Hill Road.
Jones said Hill was driving south in a 1998 Pontiac four-door sedan when his car went off the left side of the road and hit a tree. Troopers said Hill was not wearing a seat belt.
