BEDFORD COUNTY, VA : Alcohol deemed a factor in fatal Bedford County crash on Sunday, 7th July 2024

Virginia State Police have determined alcohol was a factor in a fatal Bedford County crash.

Police say officers received reports of a single-vehicle crash on Rocky Ford Road at 5:35 p.m. Sunday.

According to police, the driver of a Jeep Wrangler was traveling west, ran off the right side of the road and struck a tree, ejecting the driver. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver was identified as Adam Clint Terrell, 45 of Goodview. Police say Terrell was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
