Davidson County, NC ; 1 person killed after vehicle crashes into culvert, overturns in northern Davidson County on Wednesday, 13th February 2019

One person was killed Wednesday afternoon as a result of a single-vehicle crash in northern Davidson County.

According to the North Carolina State Highway Patrol, the crash happened at 2:53 p.m. when a the driver of a large passenger vehicle was traveling west on Leaonard Barrier Road and crossed the center line.The vehicle then went off the road hitting two mail boxes and a culvert, investigators said.
