Orange County, FL : 1 dead in crash in northwest Orange County on Tuesday, 26th January 2021
A 35-year-old Tampa woman was killed in a two-car crash in northwest Orange County Tuesday, according to Florida Highway Patrol spokeswoman Lt. Kim Montes.
The woman was a passenger in a pickup truck driving west on Clarcona Ocoee Road near Gaymar Drive.
Just after 2 p.m., the 77-year-old Orlando man driving the car turned left in front of a sedan and the cars collided, according to a crash report.
The truck overturned, fatally injuring the passenger and minorly injuring the driver. The woman was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital Tuesday afternoon, Montes said.
The driver of the sedan, a 28-year-old Apopka man, was minorly injured in the accident, according to the crash report.
