Jacksonville ,FL : 12-year-old girl in critical condition after being hit by car on Thursday ,July 2nd 2015

All lanes of North Main Street and West Monroe Street in downtown Jacksonville are closed after a pedestrian was hit by a vehicle.
Jacksonville Sheriff's Office says a 12-year-old girl was hit by a car while crossing the street.
The girl’s family was nearby to pick her up and they witnessed the crash.
The girl is in critical condition. Police say she was in the intersection, not in a crosswalk.
