Ypsilanti Township, MI : 15-year-old boy critical condition after struck by car Washtenaw County on Wednesday June 1,2016.

The 15-year-old boy who attempted to cross the Michigan Avenue bypass and was hit by a car did not have the right-of-way, police say.
At 8 p.m. Wednesday, June 1, the Washtenaw County Sheriff's Office responded to U.S. 12 at Dorsett Avenue for a pedestrian-car crash.
The 15-year-old pedestrian was walking across the bypass, while the driver was heading west on the bypass to merge onto I-94.
