Ogden, UT : 26-year-old woman dies following a Cache County crash on Thursday, September 22, 2016

A 26-year-old Logan woman died Sunday, Sept. 25, after she was taken off of life support following a Sept. 22 car crash in Providence.

Norma Barriga suffered extremely critical injuries in the crash that left her 3-month-old boy, Andy Barriga, dead, Utah Highway Patrol officials say.

According to Utah Highway Patrol officials, Barriga was traveling north on State Road 165 approaching the interdection at 1700 South in Providence on Thursday when she made a left turn in the path of an oncoming pickup truck.
