Columbia,SC : Fatal crash in West Knox County on Sunday, November, 19th 2017

A South Carolina man and woman have been identified as the victims of a fiery, fatal crash in West Knox County on Sunday night.

Brandon Michael Flores, 24, and his passenger, 25-year-old Ashley M. Webb, both of Conway, S.C., were killed in the single-vehicle crash along Pellissippi Parkway, according to a Tennessee Highway Patrol incident report.

The couple were traveling north near the Oak Ridge Highway interchange shortly after 7 p.m. when their 2015 Nissan Versa veered into the median, struck a tree and caught fire, the report states.

Both occupants were wearing seat belts at the time of the crash. Neither drugs nor alcohol appear to have been a factor, the report notes.
