Allegheny, PA : Two people dead in four vehicles crash on Route 65 Friday August 7th 2015

One of the victims of the double-fatal crash involving four vehicles has been identified.State police said a northbound Audi crossed into the southbound lanes and collided with an oncoming tractor-trailer, which exploded in flames, causing a transit van to catch fire.
After the initial impact, the Audi spun counter-clockwise back into the northbound lanes and crashed into a second car, police said.
The drivers of the Audi and the tractor-trailer died at the scene. The driver of the Audi was identified as Dale Stetzer, 69, of Ohio Township. The medical examiner's office is still working to identify the tractor-trailer driver.
The crash kept Ohio River Boulevard closed from Friday afternoon into the evening, but the road has since reopened to traffic.
Police continue to investigate the cause of the fatal accident.
