Harrington, DE : 37-year-old man from Felton died after a head-on crash on Wednesday, 4th March, 2020

A 37-year-old man from Felton died Wednesday night after a head-on crash in Harrington, according to Delaware State Police.

Police identified the man as Charles E. Garland Jr. He died at the scene after being thrown from his car in the crash, police said.

The crash occurred at about 7:35 p.m., according to police.
