Gretna, NE : Kearney man dies in a rollover crash on Interstate 80 in eastern Nebraska on Sunday, August 7, 2016

A 68-year-old Kearney man was killed Sunday in a rollover crash on Interstate 80 east of the Gretna exit, according to the Nebraska State Patrol.

Terry L. Gregor's 2003 Chevrolet Cavalier was westbound when he lost control about 11 a.m. and went into the median and rolled, spokeswoman Deb Collins said.

He was thrown from the car, Collins said.

A medical helicopter flew Gregor to Nebraska Medicine in Omaha where he died, she said.

He wasn't wearing a seatbelt, Collins said.

The crash remains under investigation.
