Cleveland County ,NC : 19- Years old Stephanie Cogdell killed after her vehicle crashed into trees on early Saturday morning ,May 30th 2015

Stephanie Cogdell, 19, was speeding when she crashed into trees early Saturday morning on N.C. Highway 27 in Cleveland County, troopers said.
She died at the scene.
Just before the fatal crash, Cogdell was also involved in a hit-and-run accident in Lincoln County in which she sideswiped another vehicle.
Troopers said Cogdell only had a learner’s permit.
