A Brighton woman is speaking out after surviving a horrific hit-and-run crash.

Thalia Morrison is back home from the hospital after being struck by a driver while she was crossing the street. Now FOX31 is hearing what happened in the 19-year-old’s own words as police continue to search for the person who did this.

“It gets worse before it gets better. I know I’ll be able to get through this,” Morrison said.
