Tamarac, FL : Bicyclist killed in collision in Tamarac in a crash with a Broward County engineering truck on Sunday, 1st December, 2019

An unidentified male riding a bicycle was killed Sunday afternoon in Tamarac in a crash with a Broward County engineering truck.
Deputies were called Sunday afternoon to the crash in the 4900 block of North State Road 7 in Tamarac, said Sgt. Donald Prichard, spokesman for the Broward Sheriff’s Office.The bicyclist was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. Prichard said he didn’t know whether the victim was an adult man or teenager. The bicyclist’s name and age were not released Sunday.
No information about the truck driver was released Sunday.
Broward Sheriff’s traffic homicide detectives are investigating the crash and death, Prichard said.
