TACOMA, WA : 2 hurt when dump truck crashes into store southeast of Tacoma on Wednesday, 11th July 2018

Authorities say two people were injured when a dump truck crashed into a general store southeast of Tacoma.

The News Tribune reports firefighters were called to the Alderton General Store around 11 a.m. Wednesday after the crash.

East Pierce Fire & Rescue says a technical rescue of the truck driver was performed before he was flown to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.
