A 36-year-old woman was charged with drunken driving after crashing her SUV carrying four children, including an 18-month-old, into a garbage truck in Queens early Thursday, cops said.

The driver, identified as Rishma Sookdial, of East New York, Brooklyn, slammed her Honda Pilot into the private garbage truck on 76th St. and Atlantic Ave. in Woodhaven around 12:35 a.m., police said.

All four kids — ages 15, 11, 10 and 18 months — were taken to Jamaica Hospital. The 11-year-old suffered a broken leg, cops said.

She had booze on her breath and slurred speech, according to police, and was charged with four counts each of DWI with a child passenger and child endangerment.
