Orlando,FL : Man shot in parking garage near 55 West in downtown Orlando on October, Thursday 5th 2017

A man was shot inside an elevator at a downtown Orlando parking garage used by residents at the apartment tower 55 West early Thursday morning, according to the Orlando Police Department.

The incident was reported around 2:30 a.m. on West Pine Street. Police said the driver was shot inside an elevator in a parking garage, which is also used by the public.

According to police, after the man was shot, he made it to a vehicle that was in the garage before crashing a short time later on West Pine Street.
