One person is confirmed dead in an accident involving two trucks on southbound Interstate 95 in Old Saybrook.
State Police told Fox 61 that one person was killed after a box truck rear-ended a tractor-trailer on I-95 Tuesday morning.Soundbound I-95 was closed for a time because of an accident involving two trucks Tuesday morning.
The southbound lanes were closed between Exits 68 and 67.
Traffic was for a time being detoured off the highway.
The accident - reported at 11:04 a.m. - involves a tractor-trailer and a box truck.
