Temple, TX : Temple I-35 wrecks cleared on Friday,13th April 2018

A crash location on northbound Interstate 35 had a repeat performance at 2:38 p.m. Friday, TxDOT reported.

The original crash from this morning is clear, a news release said, "but a new crash in almost the same spot has traffic backing up again."

TxDOT reported the second crash involved five or six cars, slowing traffic from Spur 290/Industrial Boulevard, almost to S. Loop 363. Emergency responders are on scene.

Drivers should expect a delay, which was 10 minutes or more at 3 p.m. Alternate routes are advised.

Southbound traffic was also slowing for about a mile from same location, the release said, in what "appears to be rubbernecking drivers."
