Jefferson City,MO : 2 women receive minor injuries in 3-car accident on April, Saturday 14th 2018

Two California women sustained minor injuries early Saturday morning in a three-vehicle wreck in Cole County.

The Missouri Highway Patrol said James A. Croy, 79, of Jefferson City was driving southbound on Lookout Trail at Route NN at 9:22 a.m. when he failed to yield to an eastbound car driven by Lois J. Brizendine, 59, of California.

Croy’s vehicle then struck a northbound car driven by Thomas Henley, 55, of Lohman.

Brizendine and her passenger, Mary F. Mallingson, of California, were taken to Capital Region Medical Center with minor injuries.

All involved in the wreck were wearing seat belts, the patrol said.
