Baltimore County, MD : Man dies in Baltimore County crash on Sunday, 15th March, 2020

Baltimore County Police say a New York man died Sunday after crashing a vehicle that was reported stolen out of Baltimore City.
The department wrote in a news release that Millard Marvin Sanders Jr. was driving a Honda Accord in the area of Falls Road near Padonia Road in Sparks around 7 a.m. when he crashed the vehicle into a utility pole.
Sanders was ejected from the vehicle and died from his injuries, police said. Investigators believe he was not wearing a seat belt and was speeding.
Police said Sanders, 53, was from the Bronx, New York, and was reported missing from his home since Feb. 22. Authorities said he had a medical condition that may have caused him to behave erratically.
Police wrote that Sanders was the only one in the vehicle at the time of the crash. The Accord was reported stolen out of Baltimore City on Sunday morning, the department wrote.
