CHELMSFORD, MA : Chelmsford fatal car crash victim identified on Sunday, 4th November 2018

Massachusetts State Police identified Kenneth Rossi as the driver killed in a Chelmsford car crash Sunday evening.
Rossi, a 63-year-old resident of Bristol, New Hampshire, was traveling south on Route 3 before emergency officials discovered his 2011 BMW X3 in swampy water off the side of the highway.
Rossi's vehicle was found near Route 129 around 5 p.m. Medical aid was performed on the driver at the scene. He was pronounced dead after he was transported to Lowell General Hospital.
State police said a preliminary investigation revealed that a medical incident may have caused the crash.
