Manchester Township, PA : Multi-vehicle crash at Route 30 on Monday, 21st January 2019  30 MIN

The crash happened on Route 30 in Manchester Township, just east of I-83.

- It appears a box truck rear-ended a small car, which went underneath an SUV in front of it (see picture below). WGAL's Matt Barcaro was at the scene and said the driver of the car trapped in the middle was able to get out, walk around and was talking to people.

- There are backups in both directions.
