A busy Philadelphia highway is back open after a multi-vehicle crash that injured four people.
All northbound lanes on Interstate 95 reopened around 7 a.m. Wednesday, about 90 minutes after the three-vehicle crash between the Vine Street Expressway and Girard Avenue.
Police were able to open up one lane about a half-hour after the crash.
They say one person had to be pulled from a vehicle.
