MAQUOKETA, IA : 1 airlifted after Jackson County Fair stunt accident on Sunday, 28th July 2024

One person was airlifted after a failed stunt attempt at the Jackson County Fair.

According to Iowa State Patrol, the driver was supposed to jump through a camper but instead they hit the camper.

The driver then lost consciousness and the car continued across the highway until it came to a stop after hitting a shed.

The driver was removed then airlifted to the University of Iowa Hospital.
