A crash early Sunday in Northwest Washington left one man with serious injuries and another man under arrest, D.C. police said.
Police said two vehicles collided at the intersection of 16th and Madison streets NW about 3:30 a.m. Sunday. One man suffered serious injuries and was taken to a local hospital, said Officer Paul Metcalf, a police spokesman. It was not clear whether the victim was a passenger or a driver. Metcalf did not say what charge the man who was arrested may face.
