A 58-year-old Alpine man died from injuries after being struck by a car while riding his bicycle on Olde Highway 80 east of El Cajon on Tuesday afternoon According to a report from the California Highway Patrol, the accident occurred at about 3:15 p.m. on the highway west of Flinn Crest Street.
