SUPERIOR, CO : Bus, multiple vehicles crash on US 36 in Superior on Wednesday, 28th June 2023

Two people were taken to hospitals after a crash involving multiple vehicles and a bus on U.S. 36 on Wednesday afternoon. The crash happened in the eastbound lanes near McCaslin Boulevard in Superior.

The extent of the injuries was not known. Mountain View Fire Rescue said Colorado State Patrol was investigating the crash, and did not have information on a cause as of Wednesday evening.

A “Flatiron Flyer” bus could be seen at the crash site. The rapid transit buses, operated by RTD, run from Boulder to Denver with a station near the location of the crash.
