Southeast Kansas, KS : Man killed in rear-end crash on US-69 highway, about two miles south of Pittsburg on Monday, 20th August 2018

One person was killed and another person was injured in a two-vehicle, rear-end crash Monday morning in Crawford County in southeast Kansas, authorities said.

The crash was reported at 9:10 a.m. on US-69 highway, about two miles south of Pittsburg.

According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, a 1989 Ford Ranger was southbound on US-69 when it slowed to make a turn onto E. 510 Avenue.
