Anderson County, SC : Four people injured after a three-vehicle collision in Anderson County on Sunday, February 8, 2015
Four people were taken to the hospital, one by helicopter, on Sunday after a three-vehicle collision at an intersection in the Piercetown community of Anderson County.
Three adults and a young child were transported to the hospital after the crash.
A convertible Ford Mustang and two motorcycles crashed into one another at the intersection of Firetower Road and Six and Twenty Road at about 4 p.m. Sunday. A woman and the child were in the Mustang.
Paramedics from the Williamston and Pelzer rescue squads, firefighters from the Piercetown Fire Department and troopers with the South Carolina Highway Patrol all responded to the crash.
Greg Shore, with Medshore Ambulance Service, said at least one of the four was flown to the hospital.
